How I Work

Drawing on my own journey as a Certified Coach, Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner, and Reiki Master-Teacher, I have developed a foolproof methodology to transform even the most timid of clients into confident speakers.

It all starts with a friendly chat. From there, we work together to create a bespoke programme tailored to your unique needs: beginning with an understanding of where you are, and where you want to be.

Over the course of several sessions, I will utilise a wide range of modalities and tools to help you overcome limiting beliefs, rewrite your story and achieve your goals, one step at a time. You’ll be owning the stage in no time.
